A SYSTEM = Duplication = SUCCESS

So you have joined a company, and you are all excited about the product or service they provide.  You think that it is the greatest thing since sliced bread and now you are a part of it.  There is so much excitment and you feel like you are going to take the world by storm.  YEAA!!

You go out and you tell your friends, family and neighbors and even your golfing club.  And a couple say yea, this sounds great!   A couple even might have the same enthusiasm as you and THEY feel like they are going to set the world on fire.  Great..now you have the beginnings of a team, a network.  Ok now the ball is rolling, I can't wait to see the money roll in as well!!  Then reality sets in.......

Well the team really has not done much, and the money is rolling OUT and not in!  What went wrong??  What has happened??



It is really because they do not know what to do!

What you have to understand is that people will always fail, the 80/20 rule is alive and well; but systems are forever!!!!  That is one the differences between the 97% who struggle online or offline, and the 3% who enjoy online success.  The top 3%  successful online marketers, understands that a smooth, easy ( my definition of easy is something that one can do) SYSTEM in place which ENSURES DUPLICATION !!  I will say that again.....A SYSTEM ENSURES DUPLICATION.  When you have that in place, then it is simply a "plug and play" scenario when you add people in the mix.

When you have an easy set of tasks ( methods and strategies)  and know how to use them as your system, THEN you will achieve success in your business  It is the SYSTEM that ensures success.  Something that people CAN find time to follow and implement, because it is laid out in front of them.  Sort of like those those "footprints" for dancers.  LOL

A SYSTEM makes it much easier and time efficient to come in and mentor from, because you have a skeleton to work within...THE SYSTEM!
