Don't Be Afraid Of SEO Part 2

In this post, I want to show and explain how SEO works in a very "simple" and graphical way.  Just so that as many online marketers can get the understanding.  It is something that can be confusing and because of that many online marketers shy away from it, but it is really the basis of marketing online and can increase your online marketing success. And I think it will become even more important as the internet changes in the near future.

Now I do not profess to be an SEO expert, as a matter of fact, I need to do more SEO on this very blog myself.

You should notice that ALL of the strands of spider web all connect and center around the center of the web, that is what SEO is really all about.  All of your content being interconnected to a central hub.  That central hub might be your blog, your company site or your squeeze page. SEO simply is a way to push your hub to the front page of the search engines.  This enables you to begin to get free traffic.  But  everything starts with your keyword research.  You can learn a bit more on keyword research from an earlier post on KEYWORD RESEARCH.


Remember, the internet is nothing but a bunch of content, and when you add to that content you become a part of a very unique group on the net. You can read more on the 1% Rule Of The Internet here.There are only 3 categories of content that you can place on the internet...Audio, Written And Video. Those are the basic types.  Now you might be thinking of other things like images or such, but that can easily fall into video content. With SEO,  you now have a way to make that content work for you and your business or cause.





So once you have picked out your keywords or phrases, and you create content on those keywords or phrases.......Audio, Written or Video.  So now what?

When you do SEO on that content you are simply interconnecting them by link or back-linking to your central hub. It is sort or hard to explain in words, and best explained by video.
